How much does it cost to book a Big Image photographer for an event?
A. Nothing. We do not charge the event host to attend an event providing it meets out minimum criteria for a commercially viable event. Generally, our revenue comes from selling photos to the attending public, guests or competitors. Q. What size photographs can you produce on the day of the event?
A. We print 9”x6” & 12"x8" images at the event which are presented in one of our stylish photo mounts. We also offer a wide range of gift options. Q.
How much do you charge for your photos at an event?
A. Typically, we charge £10 for a standard 6" x 9" photo. Our prices are published on our gallery web site (www.bigimagephotos.co.uk/photocart) but may vary from prices charged at an event as special offers may apply. Q.
As the event host, do we need to supply anything at the event?
A. No, we supply everything required for the event. At outdoor events our equipment is contained in our mobile photo lab van and we supply everything ourselves. At indoor events we may require a table. Q. Do you offer other items to take away on the day?
A. Yes, we offer other photo gift items, such as posters, collages, mugs and T-shirts etc which can be ordered on the day and delivered by post within the following fortnight. Q. As the event host, can we pay for photographs in advance so that every guest/competitor receives a 'free' photograph?
A. Yes, we can agree in advance a discounted price for a number of photographs before the event. Q. Does the photographer need to view the venue before the event?
A. If you feel it necessary, a photographer will visit the venue before the event in order to discuss your requirements. However, if this is not requested by the organiser, the photographer will arrive in good time on the day and choose how and where to set up. The Customer . . . Q. How long do photographs take to arrive when ordered from the website?
A. Most items will be despatched within a week of the order. Delivery will be approximately 1 and 5 days from the date of despatch, depending on the postage option chosen by the customer. Q. Can the background or other items be removed from the photographs before printing?
A. Yes, Images can be edited and most items removed. However, it is not always possible and you should contact Big Image to discuss your requirements. Q. Can I pay for my website order by cheque?
A. Yes, we do accept cheques. Simply send your cheque, made payable to Big Image Photography Limited, with a covering letter, to the office address shown on the website. Q. How long does it take for the photographs from an event to appear on the website?
A. We aim to display all images on the website within two to three days after the event.
